Curau Farm

Curau Farm

ingredients:

12 ears of corn, and tender
2 liters of raw cow's milk or UHT milk
100 grs. Refined sugar or
½ cup (tea) sweetener suitable for oven and hob

How to Prepare:

Take all the straw and hair of the ears of corn, wash well with the aid of a brush kitchen with plenty of water.

Take the ear grain cutting with a knife, and close to the cob and still scrape well to take all the starch.

Put the milk in a blender with corn. beat well, set ten minutes then strain through a fine sieve and well founded.

Place the strained liquid in a large saucepan, combine sugar, light the fire, until thickened.

Stir the curau with a wooden spoon, stirring constantly to avoid lumps in the form of eight and in the middle of the pan.

Once ready put in bowls, and let cool before taking the refrigerator.

Do not put butter, cinnamon another product that alters the natural flavor of the pure curau farm.

Note:

The curau is not too sweet, however if you prefer to put more sugar.
