Scratchy Oven

ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
100 grs. moisturize dry grated coconut with a little cold water
If you want you can use fresh coconut, the same amount
1 spoon (soup) of butter
4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites or firm
1 tablespoon light corn syrup


How to Prepare:


Whisk the egg yolks with the butter and sugar put ten minutes.

Then add the condensed milk, beating five more minutes
Add the grated coconut, mix well.

After all well beaten, add the egg whites carefully, slowly, mix well.

Place in paper cups, ramekins inside the patty
Take to bake in medium oven until take a flushed.
