Beef Casserole With Potatoes
ingredients;
1 ½ pound of beef, flank steak, goldfish, titty chuck
8 medium potatoes raw

1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems
1 cup (tea) of chopped chives in rodelinhas
How to Prepare:
Place the meat in the whole pressure cooker, throw
beer after the onion soup.
Cover the pan and let the boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 30 'to 40' minutes.
Allow to cool the meat in the pan.
Then open the cooker, remove the meat and add the sauce
over 1 cup (tea) of cold water, and whole potatoes.
