Stew Chowder

Stew ChowderIngredients:1 ½ pound fish severalSeparately boil with water, heads the spines, andfins.

2 red bell peppers cut into cubes1 celery cut into thin slices1 large onion, chopped 2 bay leaves1 leek cut into thin slices2 carrots, chopped into cubes2 cups (tea) of tomatoes peeled and seededchopped into cubes.1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley½ cup (tea) of chivesDiced potatoes 41 glass of dry white wine
Ingredients II (optional):300 grs. octopus cut into 2cm pieces300 grs. small fresh shrimp gutted washed300 grs. of cleaned squid cut into rings200 grs. shellfish cleanHow to Prepare.In a pan fry the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, scallions, the ginger, bay leaf, pepper and tomatoes and potatoes.
