Caldo Verde (soup)
ingredients:
broth:
1 ½ bouillon (muscle) or
3 tablets of broth
Other Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes cut in four
1 large onion, grated
3 cloves garlic, crushed cored
1 leek white part only thinly sliced
2 spoons (soup) of pure virgin olive oil
2 cups (tea) of kale torn
1 cup (tea) of parsley with stems hit the
strain blender (use only the liquid)
How to Prepare:
To make the soup:
Cook pound of muscle with 1 liter of water
pressure cooker.
Separate the cooked meat to make a salad to share, save for another meal.
How to Prepare the Caldo Verde:
Place the broth in a pot, onion, garlic, potatoes and
salt and the juice strained salsa.
If using bouillon tablet, do not put salt.
When everything is cooked, remove the potato masher and go back to the pan.
Finally add the kale torn when boiling
leave for 3 'minutes in the fire.
If the cabbage overcook it hardens and becomes dark.
Serve hot in bowls of clay over Crotons then grated Parmesan cheese.
The Crotons is optional.
