Pasta With Meat Dumpling

 
Ingredients:

800 grs. penne with vegetables grano duro


 
1 pound of beef lean raw ground


Meat Seasoning Crushed:


1 cup (tea) of grated onion


1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley


1 teaspoon (tsp) grated fresh ginger


1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)


1 pinch of pepper or pepper sauce


2% of the weight of the meat salt


Other ingredients;

1 or 2 of stale bread roll dipped in water and squeezed


2 whole eggs


2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, or necessary, to
 
give league.
 
½ cup (tea) of chopped green olives (optional)
 
½ cup (tea) of grated cheese (optional)


"Breadcrumbs is made with stale bread and roasted
 
crushed in blender or processor. ""Not to be confused with cassava flour which is a tuber."


How to prepare the meat dumplings:



 
Place ground beef in a bowl, add the spices,
 
squeezed bread, eggs, breadcrumbs, olives and grated cheese, salt, and pepper sauce. Make cookies and small.

 
Fry lightly with oil and then toss in tomato sauce to finish cooking. Reserve.


The fillings are (optional)

Filling: I

1 small dice of cheese plate

Filling: II


1 box of cheese cream cheese, diced

How to Cook the pasta:

For every 100 grams. noodle go one (1) liter of water.Cook "al dente" Then drain.
Pass to a platter and place the cookies on top with
 
tomato sauce, chopped parsley with stems.
 
Sprinkle enough grated cheese on top.
 
Serve hot.
Note:

With the same mass as meatloaf, steaks can do the same flattened burger, fry the meatballs equal.


 
Can garnish with 1 folded slice of mozzarella or


 
Filling of mozzarella and ham together.


 
If you want to serve with tomato sauce.
