Jelly and Sweet Banana
ingredients:
8 nanicas large bananas sliced
2 large oranges juice only
1 cup of lemon juice preferably Rangpur
16 heaped tablespoons of sugar
How to prepare:
Take the peels of bananas, cut into thin rodelinhas after kneading with a fork or hit the blender with the orange juice and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into a pan of the blender, add the sugar, bring to a simmer, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon sterilized to give sweet spot soft.
Storing the jelly a sterile glass wide-mouth screw-cap or cork.

If you want a sweet darker place 2 or 4 tablespoons of chocolate
