Consume Beef or ChickenIngredients:Meat consumption:1 pound of muscle or meat soup of your choicea big bone with marrow (optional) to ask the butcher to cut it into 3 equal pieces. 4 liters of cold water.

How to Prepare:Place in a large pot, raw meat and bones.Wash the vegetables, carrot, onion, garlic, leek, celery with ginger, tomatoes, parsley and chives and salt also cinnamon stick.Bring to high heat until it boils. Lower the heat.Let cook for 3-4 hours or until the meat is cooked. After all well cooked, let cool.
Strain through a sieve sling. Divide the broth in several pots, or in Tuperware big freeze.

Consume serve hot. Crotons with no oil or olive oil. and grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
Note:It may cooking in a pressure cooker which reduces the cooking time, however, is not the same flavor.If cooking in a pressure cooker split into two large pans.
Consume Chicken
Ingredients:2 whole chickens with bones, feet, (without nails), and gizzards, discard the liver, with drumsticks or thighs, skinned1 liter of cold water. Chicken Soup:If you want to use the broth without the fat, to make chicken soup, place 1 small carrot, diced, 1 stalk celery and 1 leek thinly sliced, and ½ cup of washed rice.Cover the pan, so it boils lower the pin.
