Cake Pancakes

Cake Pancakes

Pancake Ingredients:
1 cup flour, sifted
1 cup milk
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 pinch of sugar
If you want to put green pancakes ½ cup of salsa
How to Prepare:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Grease lightly with oil a nonstick skillet, bring the fire to heat up as well.
Throw in skillet ladle of batter, turn the pan on all sides so that it is very thin layer.
If leftover batter into the pan, remove, return to the bowl. Once cooked on one side, turn and do the same on the other side.

White Sauce:
2 cups of cow's milk
2 spoons (soup) of wheat flour
2 spoons (soup) of butter, salt to taste.
Melt the butter, add the wheat flour, mix well. Add the warm milk and go stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
If not practical, do this procedure out of the fire, then take to cook.

filling:
250 grs. ham sliced ​​thin
250 grs. mozzarella sliced ​​thin
white sauce with vegetables (cauliflower, green beans, carrots) cooked all.

300 grs. ground beef braised with tomato onion, olives, capers and seasoning to taste.

How to Assemble the Cake Pancakes:

Spread the white sauce with the cauliflower, sprinkle cheese on top.

Serve with watercress salad, cherry tomatoes, grated raw carrot
The pancakes are made very thin, however I prefer thicker.
