Sweet Angel Hair Pasta

Sweet Angel Hair Pasta

ingredients:

500 grs. vermicelli (angel hair pasta)
300 grs. sugar or to taste
1 cup of cow's milk
6 large egg yolks beaten egg
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste
put up for sprinkling

How to Prepare:

Before starting to make candy, spend some noodles in boiling water
Then cook the vermicelli with milk and sugar.

Once well cooked, remove from heat and add the beaten egg yolks, mix well

Bring back the fire to cook the yolks

Once ready place in a shallow refractory, sprinkle cinnamon to taste
If you want you can serve in individual bowls;

Can serve cold or iced.

Note:

For June Festival is served in disposable pots or bowls.
