Tuna Cooked in Milk with Manioc Puree

ingredients:
1 pound tuna cut into medium placed
400 ml of cow's milk
1 spoon (soup) of shallow salt

Other Ingredients:

2 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
1 or 2 large onions, chopped into thin slices
2 tablespoons (soup) margarine
1 teaspoon (tsp spicy paprika

For the Puree:
300 grs. of manioc, or potato cooked and squeezed
2 tablespoons (soup) of cow's milk
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt

How to Prepare Tuna:

Place the tuna in a large pan, distribute the slices next to each other. If you need to use two pans of the same size.
Pour the milk over the tuna steaks and season with salt.
Partially cover the pan, let cook for 5 'minutes.
Remove the slices of tuna and pass to an ovenproof dish.
Reserve the milk used in cooking.
In another pan heat the oil and saute the onion, leave the fire until she wilt not let it brown.
Add the reserved milk and cook for 5 'minutes.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
Pour the preparation of milk with onions, upon tuna steaks.
Then arrange the puree on both sides, sprinkle with hot paprika, then bake until golden brown.
Way Preparing the Puree:
Cook the parsnip in shell then remove and drain, go to the juicer.
Place the parsnip squeezed into the fire along with margarine, salt and milk, let the fire stirring constantly, until the pan unglued.

If you want you can serve with watercress salad with cherry tomatoes and onion into slices.
