Chocolate Cake, Honey, Orange, and Coverage


Ingredients Dough:

3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) shallow cocoa powder
1 cup (tea) of margarine
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) of orange juice or passion fruit juice or milk
2 tablespoons (soup) of honey (optional)
1 spoon (soup) of chemical baking powder
½ teaspoon (tsp) ground cinnamon
6 large eggs - whites into firm snow
1 pinch of ground cloves

coverage:

2 cups (tea) icing sugar
½ cup (tea) of orange juice
1 spoon (soup) zest of orange peel only the orange part not put the bitter white part that
2 tablespoons (soup) of softened butter

For Decorating:

Thick grated semisweet chocolate or milk chocolate or
orange sections without white skin
25 thin slices of orange with peel


How to Prepare:

Beat the egg whites into firm snow. Reserve.

Beat butter in a mixer with the sugar and the egg yolks until light.
Stop the mixer, add gradually blended with chocolate, baking powder, cinnamon and flour and beat again until it becomes a homogeneous mass, add the honey.

Grease a round shape with margarine, sprinkle flour.

Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake in moderate oven preheated 180 º C so put about 40 'to 60' minutes.

To Know if the cake is baked stick a toothpick in the center comes out wet is still raw, it's baked dry out.

Remove from oven and let cool for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile make the topping.

How to Prepare the Cover:

Beat in the orange juice blender with melted margarine, icing sugar until a smooth dough.
If you need to add more icing sugar, lastly add the orange zest.

How to Serve:

Pass the cake for a large porcelain dish.

Spread the cover with a hot spatula, put the top and sides of cake.

Decorate around the plate with orange slices with peel.

On the cake chocolate chips, orange wedges or without white skin.
