Pork Chops with Vegetables


ingredients:

1 and ½ pound of beef steak with or without bone

seasoning:
Salt, pepper, sage leaves

Follow up:

300 grs. large chopped green olives without pits
300 grs. Spiced baked beans, cut into small pieces

8 medium potatoes cooked without salt

Other Ingredients:

150 grs. Butter or margarine

1 cup dry red wine

How to Prepare:

Secure each pork chop with barbecue stick not to lose shape, run in wheat flour. Reserve.
