Pie Swiss Roll Strawberry Confectionery - Reversed

ingredients:

1 sponge cake baked very thin (½ inch) thick
Form of 50 X 40 cm
Cut the roulade into strips 50 inches long by 8 wide.

Other Ingredients:

300 grs. whipped cream
500-800 grams. whole strawberries


Vanilla Cream:

1 liter of cow's milk or long life
1 can of condensed milk
1 can cream without serum
1 can of natural strawberry juice (in the blender)
4 heaped tablespoons of cornstarch (cornflour) or flour, sifted
2 tablespoons sugar shallow soup
3 egg yolks beaten until frothy
1 tablespoon of strawberry essence, or
3 tablespoons strawberry Sustagen, or
1 spoon (soup) of powdered strawberry ice cream
1 tablespoon margarine
5 drops of burgundy or dark red vegetable dye is optional.

How to Prepare the cream:

Dissolve the cornstarch in a jar with a cup of milk tea. Book

How to Assemble the pie:
Place the strips in a jelly roll board.
Garnish each piece of the pie with the cream, place the strips on foot already stuffed, then go curling as if roulade tightly closed. Thus ended a strip join another well together and continue rolling until you have finished all the sponge cake.
Go towards a wrapping wheel in motion.

Bring to chill for 4 hours,

Note:

Sponge Cake

ingredients:

10 whole eggs beaten
10 tablespoons of sugar
10 tablespoons of flour, sifted

How to Prepare:
