Dish Input -One Beautiful Pineapple

Pate four cheeses

ingredients:

500 grs. Fresh ricotta mixed with fork
300 grs. grated provolone
100 grs. grated parmesan cheese
1 cup cream cheese or
1 box of cream cheese and half cheese (small)

seasonings:

1 cup grated onion and squeezed
1 teaspoon of black pepper or spicy paprika tea
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 pinch of salt

Other Ingredients:

½ cup of green tea chopped olives and drizzling
2 tablespoons ground walnuts or macadamia nuts (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped salted pistachios good kid or cashew nuts (optional).
1 large whole pineapple crown

How to Prepare:

Mix the ricotta, provolone cheese mix with the parmesan, grated and stir in the cream cheese curd gradually give up league pate.

After all well mixed, add the onion, parsley salt, spicy paprika, and lastly the little girl chopped olives, the ground nuts and the chopped pistachios and kid.

Method of Assembling the pineapple:

With the mass of pate, make a mold imitating a pineapple, go shaping with hands, over a platter of dishes until the shape of the fruit (pineapple).

Place the balls on the pate, imitating the pineapple, with a distance of 3 cm between each ball.

Decoration:

Put around the plate lettuce leaves over entire grated carrots and then spread halves black olives, i.e. without pits, capsized.

Serve as a first course, with salt round cookie or very small toastie.
