ingredients:

1 good sized tender
2 cups dry white wine (250 ml)
1 cup orange (250 ml) juice
½ cup molasses or brown sugar melted with a little water
1 cup of syrup of any jam (250 ml)
Cloves as needed

100 grs. bacon
100 grs. ham or cooked pork and ground
4 boiled eggs
1 cup (tea) of grated onion
1 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) of green onions chopped
500 grs. corn flour or
250 grs. corn flour and 250 g. cassava flour
1 or 2 teaspoons (tablespoons) capers chopped in half
1 tablespoon (dessert) shallow salt
1 spoon (soup) of red pepper sauce or
1 finely chopped chili finger lady with no seeds

Other Ingredients (Optional):

1 cup (tea) of grains of cooked peas
1 cup (tea) of cooked corn
1 cup (tea) of palm in drained and rinsed canned chopped.
The above ingredients may be added to increase the streusel. They should be sauteed onion with.
Can use all together or only one of them.

How to Prepare:
