Salgado roulade Stuffed

ingredients:
roulade
6 tablespoons flour, sifted
6 eggs
1 spoon (soup) of chemical baking powder
200ml milk
Other ingredients of the dough:
300 grs. shredded salted cod skinned and boneless, braised with onion without salt
1 onion, grated or minced
1 egg, beaten, for brushing over the dough before baking. (Optional)
I - Filling:

200 grs. of salted and shredded cod skinned and boneless, braised with ingredients below
1 medium onion, grated or minced
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley with stems
1 tablespoon chopped green olives
1 tablespoon capers (optional)
Pepper ½ finger girl without the chopped seeds
50 grs. ricotta cheese, white cheese, parmesan cream cheese to bind up is optional

How to Prepare the Dough Swiss Roll:
Beat the eggs in a blender until frothy, add the flour mixed with baking and alternating with the milk gradually and slowly.
After the dough ready, add the 300g of braised cod strained, mix well.
Line the pan with corn oil after baking paper, brush with beaten egg.
Oven pre-heated to 180 º C blushing slightly.
Remove the roulade from the oven and still warm, wrap with a towel and clean damp.
Leave for 20 'minutes, or until cool.
Unroll the roulade and spread the filling evenly throughout the length of the dough.
Before serving garnish the platter with shredded lettuce leaves, quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.
If you want you can cover with mayonnaise sauce.
II - Filling:
Replace cod sautéed with fresh tuna or canned tuna and add the other ingredients.
III - Filling:
300 grs. boiled and sautéed chicken with:
1 or 2 tomatoes peeled and seeded
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley with stems
2 tablespoons (soup) of green olives chopped
1 tbsp (tablespoons) capers (optional)
50 grs. grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
Other fillings:
Can substitute cod for crab meat, lobster and others.
* The recipe roulade of Dona Maria was only with cod and unstuffed, already tested it with other ingredients, was very good see above. *
