Input dishes Stuffed Tomato

ingredients:

6 large tomatoes and almost mature

filling:

1 small glass mayonnaise
1 can of tuna without oil or anchovies
12 green olives chopped fine drizzling
2 tablespoons chopped parsley and drizzling
½ can of drained peas
1 red pepper, chopped fine niggling
1 stalk finely chopped celery or leek
1 or 2 tablespoons of capers

How to Prepare:


Wash the tomatoes and remove a very thin cover, then with a spoon, remove the seeds carefully to crack them.

Place the filling to the brim, attach the lid with toothpick and refrigerate until ready to serve.


Serve the stuffed tomatoes in a stainless steel round plate or dishes with a bed of lettuce leaves.

II - Option>:
Fill the tomatoes with pepperoni, chicken or cod.
