Pasta with pesto sauce - II (options)

ingredients:
½ pound of spaghetti or other pasta of your liking

I - Cold Pesto Sauce:

1 cup (tea) of leaves of basil (tightly)
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea) of pure extra virgin olive oil
½ cup (tea) of nuts or pinholes (snoubar) crushed
100 grs. grated parmesan cheese
4 to 6 teeth cored
2 tablespoons (soup) of hot water
How to Prepare:

Cook the noodles with 5 liters of boiling water, with a
pinch of salt, and a spoon (soup) of oil.
To cook 100 grams. noodle corresponds to a liter of water and so on.
After the cooked noodles to a platter pass pours the sauce on top. Sprinkle grated cheese.
Serve immediately.
How to Prepare the sauce:
Hitting the liquefied, basil, parsley, olive oil, teeth
garlic with two tablespoons of hot water (the cooking water from the pasta).
After well beaten, add crushed walnuts, or pinholes
Can serve hot or cold.
To serve the sauce cold, after all in the blender pesto ingredients, pour over drained pasta and hot.

Option II:

Pesto Sauce Hot:
* To serve the pesto sauce hot, place the sauce in a bain-marie until serving time. The hot sauce is the most appropriate. *
