Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruits Diet


ingredients:


½ pound semisweet chocolate diet
1 can of cream with the serum
4 tablespoons (soup) of powdered sweetener shallow
(Suitable for oven and fire)
4 tablespoons brandy, or cocoa liquor

Other Ingredients:

500 grs. whole without the strawberries washed leaves, then dry with paper towels.
500 grs. of diced apples or washed and well dried strips.
500 grs. Grape Italy
500 grs. variety of fruit cut into strips or cubes: melon, papaya, pineapple chunks, orange sections without the skins, Kiwi, pear, bananas etc.

  How to Prepare:

Cut the chocolate into a board with a large serrated knife or shred after grating on thick drain.
Melt chocolate in double boiler according to the instructions below, or in the microwave for 30 seconds if not melted, repeat the operation again, mix well.

Place the chopped chocolate in a very dry refractory. Reserve.

Bring a saucepan with cold water to fire when balls start to form, the temperature is 90 º C.

Turn off the heat the refractory plug with chopped chocolate, stir not, leave until the chocolate starts to melt, go messing with a silicone spoon until the chocolate is all melted.
If not yet melted chocolate all repeat the same procedure.
Add the cream gradually, mix well until it is a homogeneous cream, add the sweetener and liquor.

Place in fondue chafing dish (crock pot with the spirit lamp) leave on the table with the fire access.

Each person sticks with a fruit garfinho long cable (suitable for fondue) after passing through the hot chocolate fondue.
Take the fork to mouth to eat naturally, repeat the operation as often as necessary, with the same fork.

Note:

You can use chocolate fondue and fruit topping or fruit salad, or pies.
If you want to put sugar with 6-8 tablespoons (soup) of sugar or to taste. Replace the chocolate dictate by regular chocolate.
