F or G Ranola The dultose C ç rian the
ingredients:

1 ½ cups (tea) of rolled oats
1 ½ cups (tea) of wheat germ
2 cups (tea) of wheat bran
½ cup (tea) neston
½ cup (tea) brown sugar
½ cup (tea) of crushed nuts
½ cup (tea) of cashew nuts ground
½ cup (tea) of Brazil nuts ground
½ cup (tea) of ground hazelnuts
½ cup (tea) midas almonds
½ cup (tea) of grated dry coconut


other Ingredients
2 tablespoons (soup) of honey
15 dried prunes, chopped fine drizzling
15 large seedless raisins or
15 grs. apricot or dates
½ cup (tea) of corn oil or sesame

 
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl mix well. Add the honey oil, make the mix lead in the oven for 20 minutes.
Then add the prunes, raisins.
Keep in glasses pound tightly closed and sterilized
Takeout, store in a sealed plastic bag in a cool and dry place

Take in the morning with carrot juice with papaya or mango, or apple with carrot juice, strawberry juice, or orange juice with papaya
