Squid With Black Sauce
ingredients:
1 kilo of fresh squid , or frozen , cut into rings1 teaspoon ( tsp) salt
sauce:
1 cup dry white wine 250 ml1 tablespoon (coffee ) shallow black pepper or1 spoon (soup ) hot sauce4 tablespoons ( soup) of corn oil2 spoons (soup ) of wheat flour1 cup ( tea) of grated onion1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley1 bay leaf , and a pinch of ground bay1 pinch of nutmeg1 spoon (soup ) shallow grated ginger
Other Ingredients:
