Four Cheese Lobster

ingredients:
1 pound of lobster clean , cut into cubes 2 x 2 cm2 cups water or shrimp broth

seasoning :20 grs . salt1 pinch of pepper or nutmeg (optional )1 teaspoon ( tsp) grated fresh ginger

 
I - Option :
The four cheeses :
½ cup of cream cheese½ cup cream cheese cheese½ cup grated Parmesan cheese½ cup grated provoloneIs 100 grams . each cheese. Including two soft and two hard . or
II - Option :
Hint To Other Cheese:
100 grs . grated parmesan100 grs . of camamber100 grs . gorgonzola100 grs . of Provolone
Other Ingredients:
1 200 ml glass ketchup1 cup ( tea) of grated onion1 leek cut into thin slices3 tablespoons (soup ) of butter and full2 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarch ( cornflour )salt needed.1 cup dry white wine½ cup of cow's milk ml 250
How to Prepare the lobster :

Buy now clean lobster, wash , cut into cubes
Place in a saucepan two cups of water , add the lobster and a pinch of salt , and simmer until tender over low heat .
After cooked lobster , drain and reserve the cooking water .
Put on the fire a medium saucepan , melt the butter, add the onion, leek , leave the fire until wilted .
Add lobster, ketchup , salt , nutmeg, pepper, grated ginger, sauté well , add the broth slowly baking , leave the fire until cooked .
Then add the cheeses at a time .
Leave on heat until melted and cheeses .
Then add the cornstarch ( cornflour ) dissolved in milk , stir well , until very thick sauce
Follow up:
White rice , potato,Skewer black olives , pitted , pickle , and a small dice of prosciutto .
Serve the lobster into a large tureen
Rice shaping , then turn onto a plate round and round stainless put tomato or pea .
Accompanying salad of watercress or arugula with diced red bell pepper and red onion into thin slices .
Serve separate skewers . In a large stainless steel platter .
Note :
 
Can substitute lobster for chicken, shrimp , Crawfish , or even cod .
