Sauce For Poultry, Swine , Sheep and Other

Mango Chutney Sauce
ingredients:
5 sleeves Adens not very maturepeeled and cut into one inch cubes
seasoning :
1 cup (tea ) of apple cider vinegar , or rice1 ½ cup (tea ) brown sugar½ cup (tea ) of water1 or ½ cup ( tea) of grated onion1 cup (tea ) of white seedless raisins1 lemon juice only3 cinnamon sticksIndia 4 cloves (optional )1 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard1 spoon ( soup) of grated ginger1 lady finger pepper , seeded , finely chopped without the white ribs
How to Prepare :
In a large saucepan, combine the lemon juice, vinegar , water, sugar , salt , cinnamon, clove, ginger and pepper .
 
Leave on heat until well boil , throw the diced mango and raisins .
Leave cooking on low heat for 30 'to 40 ' minutes , or until soft sleeve .
After the sauce ready, add the mustard .
Serve with meat smoked poultry , pork , mutton , beef and other meats .
