Chester Christmas Fast


Chester 1 big tempered , or any bird to your liking .
Other Ingredients :
50 grs . butter1 spoon ( soup) of mustard50 grs . flaked almonds50 grs . butter to sauté the almonds2 cans of light beer at room temperature200 ml dry white wine
How to Prepare :
Loosen the skin from the breast and thighs , not boring, mix butter with mustard , rub under the skin .
Place in bottom of baking beer and wine .Put chester covered with aluminum foil , not too close to the skin from sticking .
Oven 170 ° C for 40 ' minutes per pound of meat , glancing from time to time , to bake.
Thirty minutes before taking the chester the oven , remove the foil and let it brown .
Decoration :Separately, heat the remaining butter and fry the flaked almonds until browned slightly .
