ingredientes:1 pound of halibut cut into cubes , or cation , bass or fish you prefer .1 tablespoon ( dessert) shallow salt150 grs . Apricots can be halved or whole150 grs . cubes of pineapple. (you can put the two together )150 grs . of prunes without pits (optional )3 seal unpeeled apples cut into quartersseeded .2 large onion, cut into cubes or petals3 tablespoons ( soup) of oil
I - Option :
sauce:
1 box of cream1 full pot of natural yoghurt2 tbsp (tablespoons) mustard2 spoons ( soup) of ketchup1 teaspoon ( tsp) shoyu ( soy sauce )1 tbsp (tablespoons) is pepper sauce (optional )How to Prepare the sauce :
In a bowl place all the sauce ingredients , beating with FUE . ( whisk ) until smooth. BookHow to Prepare the skewers :Wash the fish and cut into pieces of 2 X 2 cm .
Season with salt.
Skewer on a bamboo skewer a piece of fish alternating with half a dried apricot , apple , pineapple , onion , and fish.Make the skewers alternating the ingredients .Leave a space on both sides to hold the skewer .
Heat the oil in a nonstick high skillet, brown theskewers evenly. Reserve.Serve the sauce in separate bowls .Watering kabobs with sauce.Note :
* You can make the skewers up with the cube of fish, a fruit , other fish , other fruit , fish and so on , until finished. *Do not forget to leave a space to hold the fish with fruit skewer .II - Option :You can serve with headlight

1 grated onion2 tablespoons oil½ pound of corn flour or manioc or! / 2 half of manioc flour and half cornmeal100 grs . chopped bacon100 grs . green olives pitted2 boiled eggs grated drain in bulk , or pass through a sieve1 cup ( tea) of chopped parsley1 cup ( tea) of chopped scallions , thinly sliced
How to Prepare the streusel :
Fry the bacon in the oil , add the onion , cassava flour , olives , then sprinkle over ready to put the grated eggs and parsleyServing the streusel separate dish.
