Eclair Cake With Strawberries

Eclair Cake With Strawberries
ingredients:
1 pound of eclair ( carolinas ) without the filling1 pound of vanilla cream or cream pink ( see below )5 to 10 drops of red food color dye1 spoon ( soup) of strawberry essence
  
Other Ingredients:
500 grs . molten chocolate milk bath500 to 800 grams . of whole fresh strawberries
How to Prepare :
Carolinas cut in half, as if it was filling . Book .
High Line a round shape with aluminum foil.
Distribute the carolinas back in the bottom with the cut side up .
Put around the carolinas coast with cut side facing inward.
The first layer is Carolina.The second layer is strawberry cream fillingThe third layer is Carolina and so on.Place the carolinas and filling in alternating layers until finished .The last layer is capsized carolinas , cut part facing down.
When finished assembling the cake carolinas , fold the foil to close as well .The size of the aluminum foil is twice the size of the shape .
Bring to chill 6-12 hours.
Take the refrigerator unmold , remove the foil .
Cover with melted milk chocolate , take the thermal shock to not lose luster .
Before serving decorate top and back with fresh strawberries .
If you want you can put chopped strawberries over the filling , ie if eaten the same day . ( Strawberry is sorando , dropping water)


Cream Pink
ingredients:
1 liter of cow's milk or long-life1 can sweetened condensed milk4 tablespoons (soup ) of maize starch ( cornstarch ) or flour, sifted1 spoon (soup ) margarine shallow2 spoons (soup ) shallow sugar or to taste1 spoon (soup ) strawberry essence (optional )2 egg yolks and beat until foamy or passed through sieve5 drops red food coloring cooking or burgundy , blackcurrant or the like , can redeem for 1 spoon (soup ) of powdered strawberry ice cream or strawberry jam .

How to Prepare :

Mix all ingredients except strawberry essence and coloring , or hit everything in a blender .
Lead to fire stirring constantly until thickened , remove from heat add the essence and coloring until the desired color ( pink ) .
Place a rectangular refractory smooth and cover with plastic wrap stuck with cream , not to create crust.
Once hardened assemble the cake in alternating layers .

If you prefer you can substitute strawberry essence for vanilla essence and need not put the dye , substitute strawberry jam .
Note :
If you prefer you can use currant syrup until you get the desired color .
