Sponge Cake and Swiss Roll Stuffed Diet

Sponge Cake Ingredients:

5 large eggs - whites into firm snow
5 tablespoons (soup) of sweetener in itself for cooking and baking powder
5 tablespoons flour sieve wheat or potato starch
1 tablespoon (dessert) baking powder powder
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated zest of orange


Filling and Coverage

1 recipe condensed milk diet
1 can light cream milk
½ can of orange juice
1 spoon (soup) or 12 grs. gelatin colorless powder without flavor
5 tablespoons (soup) of cold water to hydrate and dissolve the gelatin
4 tablespoons (soup) of cornstarch
1 tbsp (tablespoons) finely grated orange peel
400 ml water

Condensed Milk Diet

1 cup (tea) milk powder
½ cup (tea) of boiling water
½ cup of dietary sweetener in itself for cooking and baking powder
1 spoon (soup) of light margarine

How to Prepare Condensed milk:

Blend all ingredients in blender.
Store in the refrigerator. If possible use the next day


How to Prepare the sponge cake:

Beat in the egg whites electric mixer.

Add egg yolks and sweetener, continue beating until light and fluffy.

Remove from the mixer and go putting the flour with the baking powder gradually and slowly mixing gently with the whisk.

Bake in a rise of 22 cm in diameter round shape.
Preheated medium oven 180 º C for 10 to 12 'minutes, or until blush, remove from oven, let cool well. Reserve.

How to Prepare the cream:

Mix the condensed milk in a saucepan, orange juice, sour cream, water and cornstarch has dissolved in a little water.
Lead to heat until thickened.
