Grilled Salmon With Fresh Fruit Balls

The salmon recipe is easy and very fast.
ingredients:
2 pounds of salmon without removing the skin, cut slices, seasoning with salt only.
"Never put garlic on fish, altering the flavor and dries out."

How to Prepare:
A plate or square pan with nonstick moldings, grill the salmon on both sides. Book.
Accompanying mixed salad with potatoes, carrots, green beans, boiled egg, hearts of palm in drained and rinsed canned

Make balls of fruit with Bolas.
1 cup of each fruit:
mango, papaya, apple, pineapple, melon and seedless red or green skin.
Place balls in lemon apple not to darken.
If you want you can serve with white rice and green salad
lettuce, watercress, chicory, arugula and cherry tomatoes on top and thinly grated carrots.
Note:
To remove the skin of the grape, playing in boiling water immediately remove, pull the skin, it comes off easily.

II - Option:
If you want to serve the salmon can put two tablespoons of mixed salad or 1 tablespoon rice is (optional). Do not forget the vegetables replaces rice.
III - Option:
Serving a large salmon and put on the right side of a saucer salad, on the left the balls of fruit.
IV - Option:
Place in a large dish put salmon on the right side the balls of fruit, and left whole cherry tomatoes seasoned and some purple olives.
