Gluten Free Pancakes

Gluten Free Pancakes

ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour gluten free
2 cups soy milk or coconut milk, rice milk or water
4 teaspoons (tsp) baking powder powder
3 eggs
1 teaspoon (tsp) or (coffee) salt
2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
3 tablespoons margarine without milk (check the label) gluten free

How to Prepare:
Put in a blender the flour gluten, soy milk, or
(milk choice) see above, sugar, salt and baking powder and margarine.
Beat until well blended together the eggs and make a beat on medium speed
Lightly grease a nonstick skillet with soy or corn oil.
Pouring the mass so that it will spread evenly across the pan surface, and then turn on the other side
Serve with honey or fruit jam.
Other Options:
Banana or chopped strawberries sweetened with honey.
Various fruits with chocolate syrup
Note:
In the next posts I will teach at home preparing the mixture of flour and other substitutions.
Coconut oil can be replaced by milk yam.
1 cup of water and one (1) medium yam washed and peeled.
Beat yams with water in a blender strain is optional.
You can make savory pancakes. Exclude sugar and taste the salt,
