Important Information about Gluten and Lactose + Recipe

Salty Pancakes Gluten Free and Lactose Free
ingredients:
2 cups of wheat gluten flour (see below)
2 cups soy milk or coconut milk, rice milk or water
4 teaspoons (tsp) baking powder powder
3 large eggs or 4 small
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt or August
3 tablespoons of soybean oil or corn

How to Prepare:
Put in a blender the flour gluten, soy milk, or (milk choice) see above, salt and baking powder and oil.
Beat until well blended together the eggs and make a beat on medium speed.
Lightly grease a nonstick skillet with soy or corn oil.
Pouring the mass so that it will spread evenly across the length of the pan, leaving on low heat so as not to burn until lightly browned, and then turn the other side. Book
Place the pancakes in the middle of two napkins

Meat filling:

ingredients:
300 grs. of ground beef braised
2-5 tomatoes, peeled and seeded,
1 grated onion
1 cup of chopped olives
2 tablespoons (soup) of capers and seasoning to taste.
Mode had prepared the sauce:
Saute the meat, add the onion, let wilt, add the tomatoes leave the fire to break up.
