ingredients:
30 trays of dough ready to buy in supermarket

Cold filling:

1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley

Other Ingredients:
1 bottle of sauce or mayonnaise
1 cup olive oil
Lemon juice needed

How to Prepare the Filling:
Place in a large bowl cooked potatoes into small cubes, add the cooked carrots, cooked green beans, olives, capers.
The celery, onion, parsley and chives are raw.

Store in the refrigerator.

No Egg Mayonnaise sauce:
1 large baked potato
1 small carrot cooked
1 cup (coffee) of steamed milk and cold
1 cup (coffee) extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
How to Prepare the sauce Mayonnaise:
Blend the potato with carrot and milk and salt, go to little and slowly add the olive oil until a thick sauce.
If it gets too stiff add more milk and oil, if it is soft add more potatoes.
