File Chicken Dore - With Photos






½ pound of chicken breast cut into thin files,
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
For coating:
1 deep dish of wheat flour
Together 2 beaten eggs (whites and yolks)

Other Ingredients:
1 cup of soybean oil or corn, sunflower

How to Prepare:
If the chicken breast is thick tune with the meat pounder, is not good with thick fillet.
Season the fillets with salt only.
Skip the flour, knocking out the excess, pass the beaten egg, allow to drain.
Fry in nonstick skillet with hot oil.
Let brown on one side, turn and do the same on the other side.
Remove excess fat with paper towel.
Accompanies a bountiful salad greens or vegetables.
