Gluten Free Gnocchi

Gluten Free Gnocchi

ingredients:

200 grs. heavy on potato when cooked shelled
30 grs. rice flour
30 grs. of sweet starch
20 grs. additional gluten-free flour for dusting the table
1 medium egg yolk
10 grs. margarine or oil

How to Prepare:
Mix the cooked yolk and squeezed with margarine potato, mix the rice flour and the flour in equal parts.
Sprinkle the table with gluten-free flour

Place in a bowl all ingredients above, mix well to form a smooth dough.
If it gets hard yolk and add more oil if getting soft add more potatoes and gluten flour to give point to roll.
Make rolls, cut 2 cm.
Place the gnocchi to cook with enough water, when boiling, go slowly placing and removing those who rise.
"Do not put all together to cook."
Once ready to pass the colander, then to a platter place the sauce to taste.
Note:
Take to cook in small portions.


Can replace the rice flour and tapioca flour for gluten 40 grs. and another 20 grams. gluten-free flour to sprinkle on the table, or do the above mixture of rice flour plus flour.
