Gluten Free Cake

Gluten Free Cake

ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of rice flour
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) of warm milk
1 cup (tea) of oil
½ cup of cocoa powder or cocoa 50%
1 spoon (soup) of chemical baking powder
1 teaspoon (tsp) baking soda
3 large eggs
Chocolate Cream:
1 box of cream or serum can without
3 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder does not serve chocolate milk
2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
1 tablespoon of margarine
How to Prepare:

Place in a bowl mix together the dry ingredients:
Rice flour, sugar, chocolate, baking powder, baking soda.
Blend the eggs, milk and oil.
Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients in the blender, mix to form a homogeneous mass.
Grease a sprinkling with oil and rice flour.
Pour the cake batter.
Mix all ingredients of the chocolate cream.
Place the chocolate cream over raw cake.
Preheated oven 180 º C for 40 'minutes.
The cake is dry on the outside and moist inside.
