Bullets Gelatin Mocotó - Delicacy Nonna


ingredients:

2 mocotós (braised beef) thinly sliced

How to Prepare:

Wash the pieces of mocotó,
Place in a large pressure cooker, add the water, cover the pan, raise the peak, take the fire until it boils.
