Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream
ingredients:
Cream I:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of cow's milk
4 egg yolks passed through a sieve (do not scrape the screen), which is the skins of gems, which gives strong smell of egg.
How to Prepare Cream I:
Beat the 3 ingredients in a blender, or with the whisk. Lead to fire for 10 'minutes or until thickened.
It is a cream soft, let cool. Book.

Then add the cream cold cream II.

Cream II:

1 can cream without serum or 1 box
4 egg whites firm
4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
How to Prepare Cream II:

Beat the egg whites until firm, add sugar and cream (without serum) or canister, mix well until incorporated the 3 ingredients.
Mix the two creams, until a homogeneous mass.
Place the ice cream in the form of aluminum.
Lead to the freezer for 12 hours.
