ingredients:

Vines of grapes with raisins
with grape leaves, or tender chayote

3 large bunches of raisins

filling:

100 grs. cashew, and Brazil nuts, almonds or crushed.
1 large egg yolk, or 2 small
1 egg white
½ teaspoon almond extract or vanilla

syrup:

120 grs. sugar
½ cup water

How to Prepare:

Wash the bunches of grapes, very carefully.

Soak in cold water for 20 minutes, then drain all the water

Pour boiling water over the raisins, let stand for 10 minutes, without stirring.

Drain all the water, dry carefully with napkin. put the raisins in a sieve, take the sun to dry, covered with fine cloth, or in a dry and well ventilated. (If you need to use the fan).

Then open the raisins with the aid of scissors, remove the seeds carefully.

How to Prepare the syrup:

Mix sugar with water, make a syrup, not too thick, let cool.

How to Prepare the Filling:

Join the warm syrup, crushed nuts yolk and egg white, mix well.

When cold, put the almond extract or vanilla.
