Pork ribs - Quick

ingredients:


1
pound of pork ribs (pork) with enough meat cut into pieces of 8 cm.
1 onion and 2 large or very small
1 smoked sausage a span
* A woman span equals approximately 25 cm *
  How to Prepare:

Place the pressure cooker the ribs cut into pieces 8-10 centimeters, onion and sausage.
Cover the pan, bring to a boil over high heat.
Lower the heat and the pin.
"Low heat for 30 'to 40' minutes."
When reached 30 'minutes, turn the pan, let it cool, without opening the pot.
If it still feels stiff return pan to heat for 10 'minutes. Do the same procedure.
Warning: The onion is peeled, the sausage without skin is washed.

Note:

1 - Do not add salt.
2 - Do not place the onion water will drop a lot of liquid.

4-The meat is cooked when the bone drop.
To Serve:
Place on a platter and round steamed cabbage.
Serve with polenta crumbs or salad and cooked vegetables and spicy, and lettuce with cherry tomatoes.
