Grilled Salmon With Sauce I and II

ingredients:

1 pound salmon fillets cut into thick
2 grs. salt, and juice of one lemon
2 sprigs of rosemary

Tartar Sauce

½ pound of mayonnaise ready
2 spoons (soup) of mustard
½ cup (tea) pickes chopped or ground
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped green olives
1 lemon, juice only
2 spoons (soup) brandy or dry white wine

sauce II

1 jar of mayonnaise 250 grams.
2 spoons (soup) of mustard
2 spoons (soup) of lemon juice
4-6 tablespoons (soup) of catchup
2 spoons (soup) dry white wine

How to Prepare the tartar sauce

Mince the well pickes or pass by the processor, along with olives
then mix the mayonnaise and other ingredients.

If you want you can put chopped capers

How to Prepare the sauce II

Mix well with a spoon all the ingredients, then place in a bowl standing tall




How to Prepare Salmon

With white rice or cooked whole potatoes without salt sprinkled with parsley and drops of olive oil
