Salad Cod

Salad Cod

ingredients:

1 pound of cod soaked chips

seasonings:

3 large onions, chopped fine drizzle, rinsed and drained
2 cups (tea) of chopped parsley with stems
1 cup (tea) of whole pickled capers drained
1 cup (tea) of pitted green olives, chopped in rodelinhas
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup wine vinegar or rice vinegar
moderate salt
2 feet from lettuce

How to Prepare:

Rinse the cod, soak in cold water in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Drains well.

Not for cooking cod, salted cod is enough.

Place in a bowl, cod, onion, parsley, capers, olives and season with plenty of olive oil, vinegar and a little salt.
Moving to a platter dishes, cod already seasoned.

Store in the refrigerator until serving time.

Line the bottom of a large platter with lettuce leaves washed (dry with paper towel).

Distribute the salad of cod already seasoned, over the bed of lettuce

Do this procedure above only when serving.

Optional Decoration:

The contour of the cross can put quail eggs whole palm into slices and sprinkle with tomato.
