Cover pie or pies
ingredients:

coverage:

1 can of cream with the serum
1 cup of plain yogurt
3 large eggs
50 grs. grated Parmesan cheese

How to Prepare:

Beat the eggs well beaten in a blender, add the cream and yogurt, finally the grated Parmesan cheese
Place on top of pie or pies stuffed

filling:

300-500 grams. plate of cheese or shredded mozzarella into thin thick
1 glass of palm background or asparagus or artichokes. Drained, washed and cut into pieces.

How to Prepare the Filling:

Place the grated cheese plate at the bottom of the pie crust raw, over the palm or bottom of asparagus or artichokes, and over the topping in blender

Do not put lid on pie or patty, cover is the cover itself.

If you want can only put sour cream or yogurt, double the ingredients chosen.
