Mush Banana

ingredients:
24 green bananas almost

Other Ingredients:

2 very large fish heads and scraps of fish washed
1 large onion, chopped
4 tomatoes cut into four pieces
1 bunch of parsley with chives, washed and tied
1 medium carrot thinly sliced
salt pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
100 grs. to grs. cassava flour, dissolved in cold water

How to Prepare:

Peel bananas and cut into thin slices.

Place the bananas in a pot with enough water to cover.

Lead to fire for 40 'minutes when the bananas are soft, turn off the heat, allow to cool slightly. Drain off the water.
Be careful not to overcook the bananas.

Squeeze bananas like a puree.
Leave it for 10 'minutes.

Separately cook the heads and all the vegetables well after cooked. Strain through a fine sieve.

Put the broth in a pot brewed and mashed bananas.
Bring to a boil, add flour cassava already dissolved in water, the little and slowly, stirring constantly until the flour and cook for 10 'or 15 "minutes.

Once cooked, pass to a platter sling, sprinkle parsley on top.

Serve with fish.
