Salpicão Cod - Entry
Ingredients:

500 grs. cod flaked

Other Ingredients:
3 green apples chopped diced unpeeledl cup (tea) of finely chopped celery or fennell cup (tea) of chopped green olives2 cups diced cooked potatoes1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems½ cup (tea) of chopped green onion1 cup (tea) of grated onion

l yellow pepper, chopped2 red peppers, chopped2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped capers
Seasonings:
1 spoon (soup) spoon of salt, or to taste1 tablespoon hot sauce weak2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar2 tablespoons finely chopped mint1 pinch of nutmeg1 pinch of black pepper or spicy paprika1 pinch of grated ginger
Sauce Mayonnaise:
