Str\wberry Mousse Cake

Strawberry Mousse Cake

ingredients:

3 tea cups all-purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of hot milk
100 grs . margarine
5 eggs - egg whites
1 tablespoon baking powder powdered
1 pinch of salt


How to Prepare :

Beat in the mixer the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Book

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and butter until a whitish cream.

With the mixer connected add the hot milk , add the flour gradually until you finish , turn off the mixer and add the baking powder and lastly the egg whites , mixing with a whisk .

Grease a pan with flour sprinkled with butter , roll the cake batter , take to bake for about 30'minutos , or even blush.

Preheated oven 180 º C.
After the baked cake and let cool .

Cut a lid on the cake , and then scoop the center , so it is two centimeters around the edges , not very let sink in the bottom 3 cm .

Mousse Fresh Strawberries

ingredients:

200 to 300 grams . chopped fresh strawberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin colorless
5 tablespoons of cold water to hydrate gelatin
2 pasteurized egg whites into firm snow (optional )

How to Prepare :

Watering gelatin with cold water, then dissolve in water bath .
Separately whisk the condensed milk in the blender with the cream , for 5'minutos .

Place the mousse in a bowl and refrigerate until it is the consistency of egg white and this step is that you put the mousse on the cake .
Place the filling on the cake , take to freeze to harden for 4-6 hours.
