Crust Commercial and Industrial Meat


ingredients:

600 grs . of lean raw ground beef cattle
2 tablespoons oil or butter
2 whole eggs , place only after the braised

seasoning :

1 grated onion , or
2 large cloves of chopped garlic , or both together
1 spoon (soup ) of oregano
1 spoon (soup ) shallow mustard
½ cup ( tea) of chopped parsley
½ cup (tea ) of grated parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of chili finger lady seeded and minced or hot sauce to taste

Mass rissoles :

2 cup (tea ) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea ) of water
1 cup (tea ) milk
1 tablet of broth
1 spoon (soup ) of butter


For coating :

1 deep dish of breadcrumbs
4-6 beaten eggs
1 pinch of salt

How to Prepare :

Season the meat with all the ingredients above.
Sauté the meat with the spices , with a tablespoon of oil until lightly browned . Book .

In a separate saucepan, combine milk and butter with water , bring to the fire, so to boil , throw the flour all at once , stirring rapidly with a spoon high cable to hold the bottom of the pan . It is a special cooked to make croquettes and other snack mass.

Can substitute for beef , shrimp , cod , chicken, ham , sardines etc. . (All cooked and sauteed )

Decoration :
Flower Pepper :

Industrial Beef Croquette

ingredients:

½ pound of beef ( duckling ) ground
1 large onion , grated
2 cloves of minced garlic
3 tablespoons corn oil

Ingredients Dough:

2 cups milk or 500 ml
1 cup of water
1 ½ cup of flour especially wheat
1 tablet of broth
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg, beaten
chopped parsley to taste , only put in order

filling:

½ pound of ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves of garlic pounded
3 heaped tablespoons of red pepper, chopped
3 heaped tablespoons of chopped green olives
3 shallow soup spoons of flour
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green olives
1 cup tomato chopped tea without skin without seeds
1 cup of tomato sauce
2 bouillon tablet
parsley and chopped chives to taste
1 pinch pepper , 1 pinch nutmeg 1 pinch of grated ginger
salt to taste

How to Prepare :

In a large saucepan , put oil , when hot throw the meat and fry until golden brown in a separate pan fry the onion , then add garlic .
Add the onion and beef fried garlic, mix well .
Join the pot beef two glasses of milk , a glass of water and a tablespoon of margarine , mix well .

How to Prepare the Filling:

Note :

Can substitute meat for chicken, shrimp tuna, salmon , cod and others.
You can add the cream cheese filling .

The amount of meat are you going to choose then increase the other ingredients according to the recipe .
To serve place the croquettes in small paper .
