Apples Stuffed With Ricotta - Entry

ingredients:

4-6 medium apples excavated
2 lemons juice only

filling:

300 grs . fresh ricotta
100 grs . seedless raisins
200 grs . pulp chopped apple and drizzling
2 spoons ( soup) of sugar or sweetener or honey
2 spoons (soup ) of gooseberry , or necessary or a few drops of red food coloring culinary

Other Ingredients:

100 grs . fresh cherries, apples for garnish
½ cup of tea of fresh mint leaves

How to Prepare :

Wash the apples , dry with paper towel , dig so that it is half a centimeter of flesh , that is, almost shell.
Put lemon juice in the pulp and shell not to darken .

Separately knead the ricotta with a fork , add the pulp of chopped apples , raisins without seeds , sugar, currants, mix well .
Place the filling in apples , garnish on top of each with a cherry in the center , and side two leaves of fresh mint.

Note :
 
You can also put in the filling of ground walnuts apples , or apricots and prunes all chopped very choosy .
Serves as a first course , or for decorating baked dishes , poultry, pork and other .
