Chocolate Fondue with Fresh Fruit


ingredients:


½ pound semisweet chocolate, grated or chopped fine kid
1 can of cream , with serum
4 tablespoons honey, or
4 tablespoons sugar or sweetener powder ( own to bring the fire )
4 tablespoons brandy , or cocoa liquor

Other Ingredients:

500 grs . whole without the strawberries washed leaves , then dry with paper towels.
500 grs . of diced apples or well washed and dried strips .
500 grs . Grape Italy
500 grs . of varied fruit cut into strips or cubes : melon, papaya, pineapple chunks , orange sections without the skins , Kiwi , pear, banana etc. .

 How to Prepare :

Cut the chocolate into a board with a large serrated knife or grate on thick drain.
Melt chocolate in double boiler according to the instructions below .

Place the chopped chocolate in a very dry refractory . Book .

Take another pan to heat with cold water when you start forming balls , the temperature is 90 º C.

Turn off the heat the refractory plug with chopped chocolate, stir not , leave until the chocolate begins to melt , check stirring with a wooden spoon or silicone , until the chocolate is all melted.
If you have not all melted chocolate repeat the same procedure .
Add the cream gradually , mix well until it is a homogeneous cream , add honey and liqueur.

Put in fondue Rechaud ( crock pot with the spirit lamp ) leave the table with fire access .

Each person with a fruit skewer garfinho long cable ( suitable for fondue ) after passing through the warm chocolate fondue .
Take the fork to his mouth to eat naturally , repeat the procedure as often as necessary , with the same fork.

Note :

You can use chocolate fondue and fruit topping or fruit salad , or pies .
