Ricotta Pie Pastry Diet


Ingredients Dough:

200 grs . Fresh ricotta mashed
1 whole egg
2 spoons (soup ) of wheat flour
1 spoon ( soup) of sweetener in powder itself for oven and hob
1 teaspoon (tsp ) baking powder powdered

filling:

Vanilla Cream :

3 cups of skim milk cow
2 large egg yolks beaten
2 spoons (soup ) of maize starch ( cornstarch ) or wheat flour in the same proportion .
1 spoon ( soup) of sweetener in powder itself for oven and hob
1 teaspoon ( tsp) vanilla extract

coverage:

1 glass of strawberry jam or guava or diet
Fresh strawberries cut in half

suggestion :


Serve on the side of the pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream diet

Each ball of diet ice cream is 40 calories each

Pie give 10 units of 122 calories each

How to Prepare :

Knead the ricotta with a fork , add the flour sifted with baking powder and sweetener, mix well until smooth.
