Spine Pan - Ram II Options


ingredients:

l entire backbone of lamb
Spine is Carré , sweats or a piece only
formed by the rib , vertebrae and two fingers rib


seasoning :

l tablespoon (soup ) shallow refined salt
6 cloves of crushed garlic
l cup of vinegar or lemon juice
l cup dry white wine

Other Ingredients:

10 shelled boiled potatoes , seasoned with salt
1 packet of pre-cooked broccoli into small bouquets
3 large onions
1 cup chopped parsley

How to Prepare :

Wash the ridge with lemon or vinegar.
Leave the seasoning put 6 to l2 hours, turning occasionally
Place the seasoned ridge within a refractory or Tuperware inside the refrigerator , covered with a napkin .

Fry in oil the ram , until nicely golden on all sides
When golden, add the onion wilt leave



Gradually add hot water gradually

Spine of Roast Lamb

How to Prepare :

Wash the mutton

ingredients:

1 teaspoon ( tsp) salt
1 or 2 cups ( tea) of cassava flour or corn , or necessary.
Aas can put two flour as half and half

How to Prepare :

Fry onion in hot oil , add the banana , make frying , then add the other ingredients , finally cassava flour ,

Note
